Rugby Ontario invites athletes born between 1989 and 2000 to compete in the first ever Ontario Rugby Combine. It takes place December 18, 2011 in the dome at Varsity Centre, University of Toronto.

Rugby Ontario wants to ensure that the best athletes receive funding through the Ontario Athlete Assistant Program, for 7’s and 15’s. Eligible athletes do not have to be playing rugby currently.

Rugby Ontario has partnered with Sport Testing, which will provide state-of-the-art athletic testing for endurance, speed, power and agility. Rugby Ontario and Rugby Canada personnel are attending the combine. It is a great opportunity to be identified for rugby talent and potential. Do not miss your chance!

Rugby 7’s is now an Olympic Sport and this year’s Rugby World Cup has been great for the sport. Athletes who dream of reaching the highest levels should register now for the 2011 Rugby Ontario Combine and put their best foot forward.
